FAQs

Local Delivery

Free delivery for all local orders except for clearance and sale items. An installation fee of S$20 is chargeable. For less bulky items, self-collection is available at our stores. Please refer to our operating hours.

International Delivery by FedEx

Chabatree and Karmakamet products are available for international shipping. Shipping rates are calculated upon check-out.

For large and bulky items (e.g. furniture) , please contact us at online@hommagelifestyle.com for shipping rates and handling charges.

Unable to access the elevator

  • In the event that our delivery team has difficulty in accessing your apartment through the elevator at the point of delivery, we will assess the feasibility for the bulky item to be carried up through the staircase in a non-hazardous manner.
  • Should delivery process be completed through the staircase in a non-hazardous condition, additional charges per item will be as follows:
    1. First non-lift-accessible storey (e.g. staircase delivery from ground floor) is free.
    2. $10 per item per storey transported to a subsequent non lift-accessible storey will be collected before transporting up the stairs for the delivery.
    3. This fee will also be applicable to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonette.
  • If the process is deemed hazardous (i.e. items prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway) and deemed unfeasible based on our assessment, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery.

Disposal service

For HDB owners, please contact your town council for free disposal.

For others, a disposal fee will be charged. Fees depends on items involved. Please contact us for more information.

Do you do customization?

Yes, we do customize bed frames and sofas. Please visit our showroom for more information.

Payment

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:
Via Credit Card/Debit Card/Amex

Online card payments are processed through Paypal.

Do I have to pay GST?

Yes. Our online prices are inclusive of 7% GST.

Order Tracking and Lead Time

What is the lead time between the placement of an order and the delivery?

For ready stock items, the lead time is between 2 - 3 working days.

For customization, the lead time is between 4 - 8 weeks depends on your order.

For NIL stock items, the lead time is between 6 - 8 weeks subject to stocks availability in Japan and shipment delays due to weather or customs.

How do I check my order status?

For online, you can do so at the “View My Order” page. You need to be logged in to your Hommage account.

For store purchases, you can call our hotline at +65 6258 5258 to enquire about your order status or email us at online@hommagelifestyle.com

I have submitted my order online but I would like to add more items.

We won’t be able to add additional items to your order once your order has been submitted. You will have to place a separate order for any additional items.

When will my order arrive?

Once orders are received, our logistic department will contact you to arrange for delivery. As a general rule:

Ready stock items: 3 - 5 working days
Nil-order items: 3 - 8 weeks

Once the product arrives at our warehouse, we will inform you to arrange for a delivery date and time.

Can I schedule my own delivery?

Yes. You can schedule your own delivery time at checkout. Condominium residents are advised to consult with their management/security providers before arranging for a delivery time. Saturday delivery is subject to availability. Our delivery team will contact you for confirmation.
